AMERICAN

Choice of Turkey Breast or Roast Beef, Swiss and Cheddar Cheeses with thinly-sliced Bermuda Onions, crisp Lettuce, Tomatoes and Louie dressing served on a Whole Grain Loaf.

 

ITALIAN

Genoa Salami, Capocollo, Mortadella, Cured Ham, Provolone Cheese, crisp Lettuce, sliced Tomatoes and Onions served with a Tuscan dressing on a crusty Italian Loaf.

 

VEGETARIAN

A medley of Grilled Vegetables including Zucchini, Summer Squash, Red Peppers and Spanish Onions topped with Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese dressed with Balsamic Vinaigrette and served on a Multi-grain Loaf

 

All Submarine Sandwiches are served for ten (10) guests and accompanied by a crock of Chef's Soup du Jour, Coleslaw, Potato Chips, Brownies or Cake Squares and a Soft Drink.

 

Buffets are set up for one hour. Due to Health Department regulations, leftover buffet food will not be packaged "to go".
